The company was founded in 1970 by Mr. Yahya Mohammed Nasib as an amalgamated unit of its predecessors.

It has since become a leader in Residential and Specialized Construction, Laundry and Industrial Services, Residential and Retail Asset Management within Oman and Hospitality in Europe and North America.

Strategy

The group has recently undergone a corporate restructuring plan placing each business unit under the holding company.

Yahya Group Holding LLC is guided by Chairman Yahya Mohammed Nasib along with his son, Managing Director Naseeb Yahya Nasib, who leads the strategic vision of the organization. The group is focused on vigorously pursuing its core activities while simultaneously developing new business lines.

Core activities include luxury hotels throughout Europe and North America, a residential resort, laundry & dry cleaning, defense contracting, real estate holdings & real estate development and construction & specialized furnishing and interiors.

New areas of diversification will focus on specialist plumbing solutions, safety deluge equipment, spill prevention/containment & control products, retail, leisure, hospitality, food & beverage, telecom & IT, expanding defense contracting, light manufacturing, wholesale of building materials and additional real estate development.
